Jill Health is a Telehealth company specializing in women’s health products delivered directly to consumers. Having worked on several Jill products, pages, user flows, and designs, the compound acne project encapsulates the best of all the work we did together.

The Flow
Users started by selecting if one of two options that placed them in a beginner or expert category. Experts were considered anyone who is familiar with their skin and some cosmetic and medical acne products. Beginners were those who needed a better understanding before getting started.
The Challenge
The goal was to create a new user flow, webpage and assets for a custom acne product tailored to each user. The final compound would have medical and cosmetic ingredients specific to the individual’s skin profile.
The Right Pair
The final recommendation was always paired with a new product to maximize results.
